Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to make changes, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer that spot to someone else.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% cost of the booked service(s). If you rebook after being charged, I'll credit 75% of that charge toward your next appointment as a thank you for keeping your commitment. Rescheduled appointment must be within 14 days of cancelled appointment.
